Products purchased from silvmore.com can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. We only accept items that are unworn, unused, and undamaged, and that include the original packaging.

If you return your jewellery with a tracking number, please notify us by email at info@silvmore.com. We will process your request within 5 business days of receiving the jewellery. Once your return has been received, we will notify you via email regarding the refund.
Please note that SILVMORE does not cover shipping costs for exchanges and returns. You can use your preferred shipping service with tracking and insurance to secure the package. SILVMORE is not responsible for any losses during transit.
Exchanges and Refunds:
For returns to silvmore.com, the refund will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, and will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that we can only refund products that were purchased online.
